The issue should be resolved. For users who are not able to receive a validation code to verify their card on digital wallets and/or are told to contact Brex, please remove the card from the digital wallet, and add it again.

We have successfully updated the certificates, and users should be seeing recovery. If you have previously added the card to digital wallet and did not receive an activation code, please remove the card from the digital wallet and try to add it again.

We have identified the issue to be caused by an update to the SSL certificate from Mastercard. We are working with Mastercard to update the certificates on our end.
